CHIEF SCIENCE AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Fiona is a Medical Scientist who qualified in 2009 in human anatomy with a focus on Stemcell biology at the University of Pretoria. She continued her research in Stemcell engineering and gained vast experience in Lentiviral vectors and immunology. She further advanced her academic career in clinical research at CEMMs with a strong focus on health economics and optimizing treatment protocols in the field of Metabolic surgery. She joined Elu Biotechnologies in 2020 as the lead scientist to further apply her skills and support her passion to bridge the gap between science, technology and improving overall healthcare.
DIRECTOR
Indiran has overseen and managed the Finance, Operational, Human Resources and Business Development activities on behalf of the Kuaji and Elu Group of Companies. Indiran has also been the Managing Director of the group’s operational assets in one of the largest Public Private Partnerships in South Africa, a 3024 bed Private Prison in Makhado, Limpopo. The portfolio of assets currently range from Infrastructure to Financial Advisory. The Group currently has an interest in 3 Renewable Energy Power generation companies and Indiran has been involved in the development, construction and operational stages of these Projects. Indiran currently serves as the Chairman and Director of the Boards of various companies in a non-executive capacity. Indiran has a vast amount of experience in Structured, Corporate and Project Finance transactions.

Have obtained a distributing licence from the South African regulatory body SAHPRA in 2020. This licence includes for import and export of products listed under the respective licence.
